Description - Payroll – more than a button pusher… a Strategic Partner!

Payroll is far too often viewed as an administrative button pusher.  I can’t tell you how many times I have heard the phrase, “have you pushed the button yet?”  I won't tell you the thought that runs through my mind when I hear this... I’m sure you can relate.  In today’s environment though, payroll is so much more than that, we are Strategic Partners in the organization… or at least we should be.

In this session, we will discuss ways in which you can setup your department, and by department - I mean anyone from a one-man shop to a group of 50, to be a Strategic Partner within your business.  We will talk through Alignment, Engagement, Execution, and Evaluation. We have an enormous amount of value to add to our organizations – and it’s your job to show them that value!
